 No. 63 Microfinance Maximum Savings Bank was not ranked in the Sep 2014 ranking

 No. 64 MBank Philippines 
first appeared on the March 2015 asset ranking.
              MBank started its operations as a microfinance-oriented thrift bank on October 16, 2013.

 BDO Elite Savings Bank was No. 40 in the September 2014 asset ranking. Its request for the cancellation of its banking and trust licenses was approved by the BSP in August 2015.
